NEWS for April
2008
The next session
at
The first 3 will
be all grades training and the last for dan grading and retesting.
A good
opportunity to train with a different instructor and with other members of BSKA
that
you may not have
met before.
Pad work will be
on the schedule as will we hope, instruction for safe tameshiwari.
Whilst we hope
the session to be varied and interesting there will be some emphasis on
correctness
of basic
technique i.e. elbows, hip, wrist, back, stances, knees, feet; their positions
and attitudes, also
speed and focus.
