Next Dan grade session with Mills sensei weekend of 17^th Jan 2009

NEWS for April 2008

The next session at Bracknell honbu is on 6^th April and will be a 4 hour one.

The first 3 will be all grades training and the last for dan grading and retesting.

Pad work will be on the schedule as will we hope, instruction for safe tameshiwari.

Whilst we hope the session to be varied and interesting there will be some emphasis on correctness

of basic technique i.e. elbows, hip, wrist, back, stances, knees, feet; their positions and attitudes, also

speed and focus.

Honbu training 6^th April News:

The session focussed on Renrakuwaza and application, Pad work for speed and power,

Naifanchi and its advanced bunkai, Tameshiwara seiken and shotei on 1” thick pine boards.
